The Ancient Egyptians of course ate food! The question is what did they eat? Well, we have the answer. The Ancient Egyptians ate onions, leeks, garlic, lettuce, legumens which included lupines, chickpeas and more, they also ate Ta'amia, Tigernut Sweets, Ma'Moul and many other things.
